Enjoyed ordering via a Kiosk. Easy to use. Visited with our grandson. We both enjoyed our meals. The only thing that would have made it better for our grandson would have been an indoor playground. Rain was pouring down outside.

This review is only about Paulo. i love this store but Paulo? My god I can’t stand him. i had 2 hot fudge Sundaes that I forgot to grab in the drive thru. i walk in with the full order and explain to him the situation ( receipt wasn’t giving to me at first window and when it should’ve been but that’s okay) he replied with a snarky “ Not going to work for me bud” and did not give us our sundaes we payed for after we asked him multiple times. this ruined my day. Then a very nice women named Eliot came by and helped us and re made our sundaes. something Paulo could never do. Customer service was terrible Paulo ruined my day. When I see him there I can never stop thinking about how bad he treated me as a customer and how he didn’t even care to check for our sundaes. This happens a few weeks back

The service was fast, the restaurant extremely clean and Paulo was the nicest employee who love his job! Excellent experience! Keep up the good work!

Nice clean McD’s with modern decor. I appreciate the ordering kiosks and hands-free sinks and soap dispensers. Restrooms have Dyson air blades and forearm-pull doors.
