Got what I needed, but deli manager is incompetent, staff was low, and a worker walked out. Managers responded by waving hands and saying "oh well". Didn't even bother to glove up, and get to work

7/16/22- Went and bought a visa gift card for my son. Once I got home my son tried to use it and it would not work I called to try and activate it, only to be told it has to be activated at the store I purchased it at. I wish I would have been told that when I bought it, now I have to bring my toddler out again to go back to a crazy crowded store to activate the card... 2/23/22- very well stocked 95% of the time. Clean and tidy store. Cashier's are kind and employees and helpful. 10/23/21- went to pick up a few things for dinner as well as a pumpkin pie. I was not happy when I saw what looks to be mold on EVERY pumpkin pie I picked up Update- I had went back to the store and my cashier was a young man named Evan I believe. i also spoke with a manager, a blonde woman with glasses and let me say they were the sweetest people ever! Will definitely go back. Just wont ever use Brett as a cashier. The store was very clean and very well organized. My cashier was a young man name Brett in the handicap check out. He was rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. He said nothing but have a good night. He did not help me bag a single item and continued to scan everything while my bread and chips got smashed. He huffed and puffed when he saw his line getting long and I was not moving fast enough for him. I will go back to the store only because it is right up the street from my new home, but if I see him I absolutely will not be in his line again.

The store Manger Mr. Major is so unprofessional. Shoprite from home charged me for 3 items that I did not receive. He did not care about my items or my issue when the items were there on the shelf at shoprite from home clearly not in my bags. This man is so rude and does not care to help people. I really wish Andrea or kerri and the original staff was there. I will be telling people about my terrible experience. Mr. Major should NOT be working in customer service !

It's a nice store to shop in. Ever since new owners took over just recently the bakery has changed and not so happy about it. Less selection in bakery and most items are taken in frozen. Hardly anything is really baked in this store bakery. The cookie selections and other items are no longer the same. They cut out a lot of outside bakers who specializes in different bakery items.

With coupons this and next week,check the flyers they drop in your driveway,or call store for delivery,,,these flyers that get delivered have coupons that the store flyer will not have,,also try the store app and use coupons online,they automatically come off when you use use your price plus,,hey money is money
