My company has a corporate account with Redwing to get all of our employees the best boots possible, and I have had some huge challenges with my local stores. Part of the challenge has been supply, which I totally get..... we are all struggling getting inventory, but mainly the customer service has been terrible. The Oxnard store, and Ellie specifically have been wonderful to work with though, finding my employees boots all over the country, and shipping them directly to us. I can't say enough good things about this store. The boots are amazing of course, and Ellie and her teams service might be even better.

Purchased about 500 ticket including 2 barns new Pair of shoes and one didn’t fit right it bother my feet so came back to the store and I had the shoes on the wrong box so they didn’t want to return it and they ask for the original box of the shoes. Sadly I get sick with Covid couldn’t come back to the store within 30 days. I explain what happened to the store that they were not nice enough to help me with a refund or a credit for exchange on something else in store.

I needed a pair of safety boots for a new job. I looked at different styles online and emailed the store to check availability. They didn't have anything I was looking for in the size I needed (10). Instead of offering help through the email they said to come in or call. I tried calling and no one ever answered. I also tried calling the Santa Barbara store and they didn't answer nor answer their email. I ended up buying some Timberland Pro boots on Amazon. If a company is going to make it difficult to buy your product then I'm not going to buy it. It's ridiculous that Red Wing can't sell boots online in 2021 and for the price they charge.
Keeping it Honest
There's a max of 3 people at a time.in the place and they are pretty good about enforcing that. When I was there they were having issues with their credit card machines and if you wanted to pay with a card you would have to be okay with leaving a copy of it with them. They have that posted on all their windows so you can't miss it. Husband walked out with some work shoe swag at a decent price.

This is a place where I purchased four pairs of shoes I take that back 6 pairs of shoes Red Wing Shoes right now I'm finding price very high
They have a really neat device with a program that measures your feet perfectly, but I wasn't aware of a shoe stretching service. Provided your shoes are Red Wings, they might be able to do so, or refer you elsewhere. Call ahead and find out.
