This review is simple. If you want your items stolen then rent a unit here. We recently visited our storage unit and when we arrived, there was a management lock placed on the storage unit. We inquired with the lady working, and she detailed that our unit has been "unlocked" for some time, so they put a lock on for us. Never did it occur to them to call us to inform. When we opened our unit, numerous items were stolen. In addition, somebody placed a vacuum cleaner in our unit that didn't belong to us. When the lady working saw this, she immediately asked us if she could have the vacuum as opposed to addressing our robbery. HORRIBLE PLACE. We filed a police report. If your unit has been affected or if you're missing a vacuum cleaner, please call Ventura Sheriffs department.
