Short big white lady with white hair in a ponytail did not service myself or my friend. When we walked in we weren't greeted. After looking for about 5 minutes, I asked for help. She didn't even bother to come out from behind the counter. As we left because we felt ignored, she said "good luck". Could it be because I am Hispanic?

Terrible customer service. Walked around without Any offer of help then when I pulled a box he ran over to tell me He will pull the box then informed me i was looking at men’s shoes ... yes i was very aware. Made me Very uncomfortable. Too bad because i will pay those prices for comfortable shoes

From the moment we walked in Keith was very helpful and friendly. He listened to my special needs and found the right shoe for me. We had been to so many stores that day & everyone tried to make my feet fit into something that I could tell wouldn't work. Keith was the only one who actually measured my problem foot. The shoes are a little more expensive but well worth the price. The shoes I bought will last a very long time.

My mom buys all her shoes here. Ok, they're mostly old lady shoes but they are coming out with more youthful looks, and there is a reason all the old people come here...They are the most comfy shoes ever made. Of course, all that comfort comes with a price...they are expensive. Gotta catch the sales. The employees are friendly, accommodating, and super patient.
