Our dog Daisy had her first day today at Bow Wow Bungalow. We went in for her Meet and Greet and were very impressed with the handler's expertise. We left Daisy for the day and felt very comfortable with her care. We could, and did, check the doggie cams throughout the day. We will be leaving Daisy for a 5 night boarding stay in July. Good job Bow Wow Bungalow!

Really is hit or miss here. The dogs have fun, but the customer service is not great. No where on the website is it clear when pick up time is at the end of of the day. Lady on the phone was really rude and we had to scramble to get a friend to pick up our dog before they closed while we were driving back from our trip. Of course, had we known ahead of time, we certainly would have made arrangements to pick her up well before they closed - but they don't tell you when pick up time is! Wonder if it's so they can charge you for an extra day? Fun fact, pick-up time is quite early haha. Also witnessed this same lady being really rude to her co-workers while she was training them. Super condescending. Felt really bad for the employees - I'd never want to work there with such a mean supervisor! Last time we got out dog back from here, she was sick the next day. Vomiting, diarrhea. Ended up spending several hundred $$ at the vet to get her back to normal. Anyway...after all this, we will be seeking another location to take our dog to for boarding/daycare.

It was the first time that our 14 month old pup stayed at a dog boarding facility, so we were pretty nervous about it. The Bow Wow Bungalow team was absolutely fantastic from the very first step of our interaction - via email, telephone, in-person drop-by to the actual stay. Our pup stayed for 3 days, 2 nights in private boarding as he is unaltered, so he was not allowed to interact with the other dogs. Despite him being very social and friendly it was our biggest worry that he will feel isolated being in his kennel all day. That was absolutely not the case! The staff took him out several times per day for 1-1 play time and he came home just as happy, entertained and healthy as usual. We also called the team every day to simply check in, and the staff was super friendly and gave us insights about his day, exactly describing his character as he would act at home too so that was very reassuring to hear. We will definitely bring our Camden back if we need to go out of town again

From the lady that answers the phone ( Sarah ) to the groomer (Gabby) this place is excellent I am wowed! My Tip was groomed to perfection! The ability to watch my pup on Dog Cam is awesome. I will be using their boarding services this month. Forgot how I made this review, so Im piggy backing off of my old one. Tok my son's girlfriend dog ( Harley ) and received same excellent quality services!!!
