The store was very clean, excellent customer service friendly and greets you right when you walk in so why the 3 THE CRUST WHY DID PAPA MURPHYS CHANGE THE CRUST. It is tasteless with all those fresh toppings the crust gives it no justice . Our family eats pizza 4x a month and it used to solely be papa Murphys but never again until the crust changes.

Always great pizza and great service. They really don't skip on the toppings like a lot of other places do, so I really enjoy ordering them when I can get away from work to pick one up. Definitely worth baking yourself. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to feed the family good pizza at a great price.

I've had papa's all over the US, and it's been excellent, when I moved to Centralia 7 years ago one of the pluses was this store just down the block. But like many recent comments, the quality, particularly the crust, has dropped off the cliff in the last few months. Dont know why, to the point I avoid it. Too bad. Dont know if it's a national or even regional problem, as this isnt like pizza hut, rarely have the opportunity to bake something if I'm 'on the road'. Maybe someone with an rv can chime in, having got a pie from another location.
