Lol. Dont expect practical or even the slightest bit of intelligent help. They will literally sell you on a file cabinet and then point out the wrong size hanging folders for it. And then when you try to bring them back they say "Well we dont look at your business. What you buy is what you buy." ... only solution for places like this: never pay with cash and always keep your receipts.

From the second I walked into the store, I was greeted by the most friendly soul, Rick who was very helpful in pointing me in the direction of TSA Precheck service. Christina at TSA was very friendly and helpful, process completed without any issues. I then made a purchase and again Rick assisted me. Couldn't have asked for a better way to start my Tuesday :)
