I purchased a screen door Anderson door the best one. Now the hinge is broken called home Depot . 5-year warranty on the door. Home Depot won't fix it. Big run around. Customer service is terrible The manager hung up on me.

Love this store. Has just about anything you could want for house ans garden. Many of the aisle associates will assist you on your project as they were once tradesmen.

If I can give zero star i would do it! Went there personally and ordered a delivery for today! Paid 20 $ to make sure the delivery comes today 6am to 10 am. I got more than 6 emails confirming this. I ordered 70 bags of mulch, and set up and paid 275$ for two handymen to help me spread them. Take a day off to be able to supervise them. Only to receive an email today in the morning of promised scheduled day that my shipment has been rescheduled! Called the store, the manager couldn’t even take responsibility! She was even super rude. I cancelled the order, I will cancel my home depot credit card and will open a new one in LOWE’s. Such a shame very bad service and with zero responsibility, do not go to home depot it is going down the hill! I wasted a day off and 275$ to get the worst customer service ever ! Go to LOWE’s instead
