Route 46 Mitsubishi have an amazing staff group and a very welcoming environment. Even though I didn’t find the car that fits my budget, Alexis was very helpful and transparent with me. I highly would recommend him to my families and friends. I felt very welcomed by him and every staff in the dealership had positive energy and attitude. When my financial situation improves I will definitely be going back immediately. You guys are amazing bless you all.

BUYERS BEWARE!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This dealership is the WORST. Completely unprofessional. My husband and I recently purchased a car from them. Not only was the car incredibly overpriced, they never followed through on the license plates we paid for. They gave us temporary plates and told us they would call when our plates came in. Weeks later, no call. My husband wound up calling them and was told he would receive a call back but never did. He called AGAIN and was hung up on! As the expiration date of temporary plates drew nearer, my husband called them AGAIN to ask what was going on and they told him that they couldn’t get the plates until after the temporary plates expired. Being that we have no garage to store the car once the plates expired, we told them that they needed to do SOMETHING for us. My husband found it impossible to get a manager on the phone. He had to go over there and demanded answers and was told they would pay for any tickets or fines we receive for having expired temporary plates. Yeah, okay. They also said the official plates were en route. Well, I guess that was a lie because we were told the plates would arrive today… and now they’re saying they need the vin# to process the plates. They’ve gotta be KIDDING ME!!! Shouldn’t the vin# be on the bill of sale? What is this?? We want to bring the car back but the salesman told us that we can’t because it’s been a month. Not for nothing, whose fault is it that we still don’t have plates after this long??? We bought a car that we can’t even drive around! And they’re doing NOTHING to make this any better. I now understand all the negative reviews they have on their Facebook page. What a stressful, AWFUL experience this has been. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Its aesy just get the car to the dealer and they do the job and at no cost
