This place is awesome! I visited a few gyms in the area and did not get the same feeling as when I entered this gym. We were in line waiting to discuss membership and the owner came over and talked to us! We talked a little about goals and opportunities and right then and there I knew this gym was for me. The place always has some people in it and the atmosphere is just right for a workout anytime!

No
I don't participate in any classes, but yes they have them. I'm certain you can drop in for a visit and look at their class schedules and maybe look at an exercise class. There are plenty of seniors at Sebastian Fitness and many of them participate in the exercise classes.
