They Did renovations and they had a new system and all our money on our cards were wiped. We had way more than what they wanted to give us back.. which they only wanted to give 5 dollars to everyone who lost their money.. Before wiping your clients cards please keep track of the money we have. I no longer feel safe reloading money into my card and am very upset that my money is just gone like that.

The worst experience I have ever had doing laundry. The girl who works at night not only was on her cellphone the whole time, she didn't put any signs up when mopping the floor. Which is a slip and fall waiting to happen. I was not told while putting my clothes in the washer or dryer they actually close 11:45 but instead I was yelled at by someone who is younger then my daughter, disrespected to the point of her Turing off the lights while I was rushing to put my wet clothes in bags. It was raining outside I'm handicap and was told I could not use the cart to put the bags in my car but had to carry them outside onto the sidewalk so she could close. While doing this she had some lady her (Aunt) call the Garfield police bkz I would not leave my wet clothes in the dryers overnight. The employee took off as the police pulled in. The Garfield PD were nice enough to make sure I was okay and that I had all my belongings. This was not only disrespectful, it was wasting tax payers money by calling the police for nothing wasting their time, it was also unnecessary.

Feels like not enough dryers and could use more carts. During peak times you may be searching for a dryer. It is bright and clean though. The attendants are helpful if you ask them for help. Late evenings seem to be a more convenient time to wash

terrible, I left the clothes to be washed and got them back, damaged underwear is missing, socks are missing so so many.... and the manager do not caress, better not even trying to let them know This not a fake review Tatiana's clothes and mine were together. Your service was horrible that day.
