I received a notice my package was left at my door. Evidently the postage person decided it was easier to drop the package on the curb . When I couldn’t find package by my door I had to file a lost package report. The next day I found the package by the curb. Today, I left a letter to be sent out with red flag. The postage person decided not to take the mail. For all these years I had 5 star service, so I hope this is just a lazy postage person working here temporarily. highland hills drive

I have repeatedly had important packages and letters lost from the postal service here. Large packages, federal documents, personal letters - they lose them all. Serious issues with accountability of delivered items here and needs to be addressed.

Carriers repeatedly leave packages worth hundreds of dollars in my roadside mailbox, but mark them "Delivered to Individual." When one disappears, the anonymous driver claims to have handed it to me. I don't allow anyone to ship USPS to me anymore.

I had an issue with a key not being able to open a parcel box. I called and spoke with Juan. Juan was so professional and very accommodating. He took my address and contact information down looked into my issue. He called me back with a follow-up and i was able to get my packages. Thank you so much, Juan! I appreciate you so much. No. The only location is the post office in Oxnard. Also the TO library does passport applications.

Can i get taxes forms from the 2150 pickwick branch
I am definitely not getting certain items in the mail. Specifically, my Driver’s License extension mailed directly from Sacramento to my attention 2 weeks ago—never received. The clerk mailed another one on 9/18, and here it is 9/23, and still not received.
They don't have a passport office in the past 6 years.
