I took four chairs to get reupholstered. First of all, the customer service was horrendous. When I first took the chairs, the sales person, Omar, was dismissive, as if the work I wanted was too cheap for him. He even said "it's expensive" when I asked for the price of a table I saw in the shop. Back to my chairs, the cushions in them were very comfortable and still in a good state. The only thing that needed changing was the fabric. Yet when I received them, they were noticeably lower than before. They are much less firm now, and you can even feel the wooden frame digging into your skin when you sit. I brought them back, and the owner tried to convince me that nothing was changed, and only offered fixes that would cost more money.
