I was able to see the equipments and choose the one which best fits my family needs and the space where we live The machines are of higher quality than the ones you find in many stores. You will not see this kind of equipment unless you go to the gym. We received it at home: it was installed in immaculate shape ( refurbished) and the technician makes sure it is working at 100 % before leaving. The sales person ( Gabriele) is very attentive and professional as well as the delivery team and the technician. Totally recommend this place not only for the great service but for the quality of the equipment you are buying.

The delivery men appeared prompty in the morning of the scheduled delivery of the Cybex Arc Trainer 771A. They had to take the machine apart and remove the door to get it through a tight doorway. They did all this cheerfully and expeditiously and installed the machine. I tried it out and worked very smoothly.
