LADIES! FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE PREGNANT Do your research before giving birth here please! I cannot stress this enough how TRAUMATIZING it was to give birth here as a FIRST TIME MOM! They DO NOT care about you or your sweet new born baby! It’s all about that paycheck! Do not trust these doctors or nurses with your baby especially the Lady who is in charge of the NICU! They say they are breastfed friendly when in reality if your milk supply doesn’t come in they will starve your baby the first day your baby is born! I was sleep deprived and my son was starving! And they questioned WHY was he crying so much!!! They ASSUMED something was wrong with my son when he was just starving! I knew nothing was wrong with him! They will PRESSURE you and persistently SCARE you to get your baby checked so please don’t fall for this!He went through a ton of unnecessary test! Blood tests! X-rays you name it! I said enough was enough when The NICU DOCTOR threatened to take my son away from me to put him in the NICU to conduct more extensive testing that includes surgery to his skull and do a spinal tap on him just because he was colic! Please speak up ladies if you are currently giving birth here! Protect your babies they will use you being sleep deprived against you to NOT VALIDATE your voice! YOU AND YOUR BABY AND THE EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE SPECIAL NOT TRAUMATIC They will take advantage of you! Do not give birth here. The worst nurses you could ever encounter Mrs.Terrie, Caroline and Maya! Please request a different nurse! The recovery team does not care for you or your baby they also have student doctors that will work on you! So beware!

Spent four days in Med Surg 1 where they were caring for my brother who was at end of life care - the entire staff was compassionate, caring, and helped my brother and family make the difficult transition as peaceful as could be hoped for. They made sure his pain was managed at all times which was all we could do. There will always be a special place in my heart for this place and the people who work there - thank you so much for the care you showed all of us.

Scheduled to have hernia surgery here. Everything went fine but when I woke up I realized no one has cleaned the blood up from the surgery. I was left to clean it up myself. To me that’s unprofessional and disrespectful. It puts a bad taste in my mouth about this hospital. Would never recommend anyone to get treated here. Very poor experience.

The restrictions not allowed visitors I believe is not acceptable I understand the safety of the patients but they need at list one family member especially if you full vaccinate, is important the emotional side

I think they will help him with the med-cal forms I would just ask. My son went there no insurance and had no problem getting seen and was able to his med- cal and since he has been pre- approved for ssi I would bring that with him. I really have felt I have gotten good care there and I would recommend the hospital and the doctors. I hope I help and your son will get the care he needs,💙😊
