Honestly, Choose a different rental car location. The employees here don’t seem to know what is going on. My whole experience was just bad, when i got to enterprise the location was empty & there were no employees in the office at all for at least 20 mins . There was another customer inside who informed me that the employees were outside . Then when someone finally came in to assist me i was told that i had to wait in the bakery next door where you’re pressured into buying food . The entire bakery was full of people waiting hours for rental cars so i don’t blame them for trying to make some money but waiting hours in a bakery full of sweets is not ideal when you’re with a young child 😩 when they finally brought out my rental car it was still dirty from the renter before me so they had to take back the car to get cleaned causing me to wait even longer . The employee who put me in the rental car gave me the wrong information & told me the wrong rental rate that i would be paying so when i was charged it was not what i was initially told at enterprise. I tried to contact the enterprise location to speak with someone in regards to the rate discrepancy and I could not get a hold of a single person I must’ve called at least 10 times and was hung up on every time that I called, when i finally got in contact with someone they lied and tried to put the blame on the insurance company. Heres the funniest part a young lady finally called me from enterprise to ask how the customer service went at that location and I explain to her The problems that I had during my experience (she just had excuses she didn’t make anything right) and Almost everything they had in the system on my account was incorrect I don’t even think they knew who they were speaking to, my personal car was deemed a total loss however they had in their system that my personal car was getting repaired . I drive a newer chevy , they had in their system that i drive a 2016 Acura which was odd because I’ve never owned an Acura . I’m wondering if they even had anything in my file correct or if they had me mistaken for someone else because this whole experience was just messy and weird .

The woman that rented me the car was very nice. The car was also nice but did drive kind of funny as though a tune up may be needed. The only issue I really had was the car wasnt clean when I got it. I did mention it to the associate but she claimed it was just cleaned but i didnt quite believe that because the outside and inside were visibly dirty. It was the only car they had available so I took it and paid someone else to clean it for me. I can't have my children riding around in a dirty car with COVID being so easily to contract.

I would first like to say that this Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch is not a good one at all. Especially dealing with contracts of other companies. My issue got so bad that I had to contact Enterprise customer service but eventually they forwarded me to the regional or district manager. I never received a response from them but ended up with over $300 worth of charges that I was not responsible to pay for when I signed my contract and received my rental car. When I signed my rental car agreement I was not told that there will be an underage fee of $20 per day that I had the vehicle. Keep in mind my vehicle was in the shop at the Dodge dealership which I had a service contract through. My whole issue is if the branch manager or the employee had told me that I would have to pay $20 a day to keep the car I would have never got it. And then on top of that Dodge did not pay for the additional charges that was requested in my service contract and I ended up being out of pocket 300 plus dollars all over my car being in the shop. After trying to go back up there and plead my case with the branch manager he completely ignored me and the staff there thought it was funny that I was trying to get my money back. Even after the level of disrespect that I received from this Branch I don't think I'll ever rent a car from Enterprise again I don't care how desperate times are I'll just have to find another rental car company. The least Enterprise could have done was step in and help me out since I wasn't directly renting a car from them. The level of disrespect I received from from them made me feel as a degraded human being. With all that said be careful before you rent from this Enterprise location because they all try to meet there pull it up by charging you extra fees hidden inside of your contract.

The service aspect was great, the vehicle i was given was pretty cool, the representative that helped me was very friendly. I do not live by here but i did need to use them for the rental after dropping off my truck for a recall at a dealer nearby, so i will be using them more and more. Two reasons not to give the five star is because 1) the interior of the store seems very outdated, and 2) while i was at the dealer, my service advisor called the Enterprise location and apparently they ended up hanging up the phone twice, so i just walked over from the dealership. When i got to the Enterprise, everything seemed normal, until two police officers barged in asking questions about some crazy guy who supposedly was there just a few minutes earlier arguing about what car he NEEDS TO BE GIVEN. Turns out this store does not have any security cameras and i felt a bit unsafe knowing all this happened right before i got there and there is no proof on cameras that this happened. A company as big as Enterprise should invest a bit to place a few cameras at this location so when things like this happen they can help the police find the wrongdoers.
