The managers actually open around 6am to get everything ready because the stuff from the night shift goes bad. They have to cook bacon, prepare chicken, and prepare everything for the lunch rush at 11. If they started doing things at 9, they would never be ready, which is why they start getting things ready at 6, so they can finish before 10
