I drove here from Tampa and walked in with my Ford PCM. They had me diagnosed and fixed in under an hour with warranty. They expedite customers with part in hand. It was well worth the drive, luckily I have a second vehicle. I didn't have time to mail it in and wait for a return.
Back Country Treasures
First, let me state that we are a company that drives across various states in search of vintage and antique pieces. Our vehicle must be in top shape. On our travels through South Florida, we went through a large puddle of water. This caused a short in our ECM. We were stranded and screwed, and a local mechanic we met recommenced this business. At first, after reading the reviews, I was concerned, but I was in trouble and had no option. We had to get back on the road, and thus we chose to give them our business. Lou sold me a reman ECM, which was installed in our vehicle. Needless to say that everything worked great, and we were back on the road to do business. We gave them our old core, said goodbye, and happily went our way. What could have been a costly nightmare trying to find another ECM, turned out to be a blessing. The owner Lou was professional and on point, as was the service they had provided, which allowed us to continue doing business with minimal downtime. I cannot speak for anyone else, but our experience was wonderful and positive. I would surely recommend Lou and Auto computer Exchange to others. There are always two sides to a review, and this is our personal experience with this company.

They repaired the ECU in our delivery truck with ease, and there was a fast turn around time. I see people complaining about returning the core, but maybe it is just me as a business owner. However, I read and examine all receipts when they pertain to my business and I always read the fine print. I have learned through out my years of business, to double check receipts and to comply with such said terms. I been screwed over too many times in the past, to not do so. So now it's a force of habit.

The worst place ever, sent in a computer for a customer on a dodge truck and after a few weeks they sent it back I put it on the truck and nothing so I sent it back and I got a email stating they did a complete hardware check and it passed everything so after a another 2 weeks over a month total and $170 I get it back with now a no bud code I called back and they said they did there part must be something else so I looked over every single ground wire, Wires,Sensors and all I finally threw my hands up until here Recently I found a computer in a junkyard with matching numbers for $40 yep $40 put it on and Wala it worked perfectly. So I’m out let see $170 plus $40 total of $210 over a month and I lost a valuable customer. They really need to give me a refund but I know that will never happen. I’m definitely going to spread the word about this place. By the way I had to choose one star or there wouldn’t be any

All faculty and staff wear masks all customers entering facility must wear masks and there sanitizing stations in various offices as well as in the front of the establishment when you enter. They are 100% covid-19 safe.
This companies is a fraud, they advertise that they repair you pcm I ecm. And they design. how much the repair costs. And then they tell you to send the pcm. And since they receive it, they call you. And they tell you that it cannot be repaired and that they will sell you another higher price than the original price they gave you and if you do not accept a higher price. they.designed.you.to.send.the.pcm.back.but. never.shipped.that.is.the.trick.do.not.trust.those.people.
