My favorite coffee shop in Toledo, perhaps in the world. I love the rustic atmosphere, the warm and inviting environment. My first order here was an old fashioned donut and a cup of smokestack. A pairing so simple, yet the combination worked really well. Every espresso drink I've tried here never disappoints.

Was there for a company meeting. The place wasn't open on time for the owner to setup for the meeting. The lady apologized. She was nice. Coffee tasted burnt to me. I like the decor though. It fits in with the historical buildings around it and it embraces it well. The meeting room was huge but the brick makes it hard to hear unless the speaker really projects their voice.

I'm new to the Toledo area. I'm still finding my way around. I found this spot 2 weeks ago during the Xmas parade. Nice decor with a Interesting atmosphere. Looks like a place for regulars. The staff will say "hello welcome" to certain people that enter, but no welcome to everyone else. That feels kinda weird. Customers do notice. I ordered a scone and coffee. The coffee was excellent. The scone was hard as a rock. I will give it another go next week. More to come
