The Staff was the best part of my experience, they were extremely helpful and nice. The layout of the shop lends itself to awkwardly crowding up and could use a design change or having a table removed so the area where you wait for your coffee isn’t so crowded. I got the redeye and it definitely seemed like the shots were not pulled very well but overall still a decent cup of coffee.

Is it always HOT place? The AC seems broken, I've been here multiple time and the staffs don't care. If the AC is broken how can they open during summer! All of the customers complain how hot but no action has been taken so far! so disappointment

There are doors but you have to hold the door open. I am not sure if it is ADA compliant. There is a second floor for eating but not sure if an elevator is accessible to that floor.
