Great customer service! My son broke down during a cross country trip. Did't know the area but took a shot with Big O. They were busy but helped him immediately knowing he was traveling a long way. The issue was more severe than they could deal with so we had to have the car towed to an Audi dealership in Layton thinking they would have the specialized capability. Even though Big O worked several hours on the car and had a part shipped to them that couldn't be used in the end, they did not even charge for their effort. Super caring service people there. Feel bad in the end that it didn't work out because we had a terrible experience at the Audi shop. Highly recommend Big O as a honest and reputable shop who will treat you fairly.

Needed new rims mounted on the tires currently on my 4Runner. It was Saturday and big O seemed to be the only place open. $150 Ridiculous. Alignment fine when I arrived. Got it aligned at another place the day before. Waited one hour before they took it back, then two hours for the mount and balance. When I left the tires were squealing and skidded like it was now out of alignment severely. After three hours I was way behind on my tasks so I took it back on Monday and told them something is wrong and I would like it returned to the way it was when I arrived on Saturday. They said it is now out of alignment and tried to sell me an alignment. I insisted that they simply return my 4 Runner to the condition it was in when I arrived on Saturday and that I had it aligned on Friday. Begrudgingly they said they would align it. Then I was told two of the adjustment bolts were broken and it wouldn’t align. Now I’m upset because the shop that aligned it originally had no problems with adjustments. Had my regular mechanic check the bolts and he said they were fine and no problems with adjustment. I asked them why it takes two hours to mount and balance tires. He simply said he only had two guys the day I came in. I have personally seen one guy mount and balance tires in 30 minutes. Himself. Now I’m suspicious, what did they do to my vehicle and why is it now out of alignment? I asked the guy at the front desk who seemed to be in charge, With no personality, no people skills, what they did to my 4Runner and he got very upset. He exclaimed that is not how his shop works. I know differently. Something happened to my vehicle in the space of three hours which caused it to be out of alignment so badly it was almost unsafe to drive. The woman, and the assumed manager were the worst customer service people I have ever experienced. I have experienced some bad ones. On Tuesday I returned my vehicle to All Pro on 1900 W. and they fixed what big 0 messed up. Oh and the adjustment bolts were not broken. I will now avoid big O tire on wall Avenue like the plague. Very dishonest. I’m sure if you go in for a rotation it could end up costing you $1500. Good luck if you don’t heed my advice.

I was on a road trip from Idaho coming to a friends wedding and my tires were having issues. They were able to get me in that day! I didn’t mind the wait and just hung out in the lobby, but they were so nice and efficient ! Even though, they were busy, you could tell they were trying their best!! My car was in such great condition after and didn’t have the issues from before!!

The cashier was nice and place is clean. Took almost hour on the oil change. Who knows if used the right oil. The sticker says 5-50 synthetic and the paper say 5-30 blend synthetic. Plus, oil on the body of the car. Will never come again.
