Pulled in at 5:45p on a Friday night with a leaking valve stem on the outer dually. Our tire technician, Chris, confirmed the valve stem was the issue and had it replaced in no time. He confirmed tire pressure with me and finished off the job by properly torquing the bolts. We were back on the road in under 30 min. Thank you for the great service AND free popcorn

Showed up and checked in. Asked to drive my trailer to the side dock and someone would help us, was told it wouldn't take long. 2 1/2 hours later, 2 Semi Trucks and a Random pump truck that showed up after me, we got help. When we asked the tech the status of getting help they had no clue. Finally after talking to multiple people they told us "we though you had LEFT!?" MY side by side and trailer were dropped off under your port. Nothing like sitting in a truck for two hours + in 100 degree weather with two kids in car seats to make you never want to come back to them again! Just wish someone would have cared to ask about the situation and how we could make a plan to best complete the task and make it easiest for everyone.

Friday I had a screw in my truck tire. I had purchased this truck w/ after market rims & tires. Realized that there was a wheel lock on one of the lugs. Of course, it didn't come with the truck. I tried looking online for a key and all the local auto parts stores. Couldn't find anything that matched. I have never done business with Les Schwab but they won me over. Donovan told me they would try and get them off. Not only were they able to get it done they did it for a fair price. They had me over a Barrel and didn't take advantage of me, when they could have easily done that.The owners/GM and team should be proud of the crew they have at this location.

I feel like 2 stars is more than it should be. I dropped off 4 brand new in the box merits Method brand wheels along with 4 new tires to be mounted. When i came back later in the afternoon to pick the wheels and tires up while loading the first 2 wheels into the bed of my truck i noticed the first wheel was damaged. I paised and inspected the second wheel. Same exact damage but worse. The employee helping me was wheeling the other 2 out to me and i notified him we had an issue the wheels had been damaged. Turns out all 4 rims were damaged the same way in varying shapes and sizes and depths. Each mark was in 4 locations per rim.... to me this was unacceptable and requested a manager. My thoughts at the time were that accidents happen and they'll make this right and be understanding and compassionate. I was disappointed but not upset at this point...... Enter in Randy the manager who walks out happy as a clam looks at 1 of the 4 rims and says "yup that's a scratch". He proceeded to explain how the machines do that and "its not going to effect the structural integrity of the rim, we can have them painted......... at this point I'm more than thrown off and don't quite understand if he's justifying this or not so i ask him if the Nissan gtr he just pulled out of the shop has the same "scratches"..... his response to me was "you're the one being difficult not me"........i said you know what Randy ill just take my $85 i paid for this and be on my way and know not to come back. His response was "that doesn't sound very fair". I said no it doesn't but at this point I'm just ready to leave and the whole interaction has confused me. He says again you're the one being difficult not me.......... he says almost sarcastically what do you want me to do then. I said i want new rims i didn't spend $800 on just the rims to have them "scratched". He said ok send me a bill and I'll pay for them. To which i did and les schwab cut me a check. That is the only reason for 2 stars because the entire interaction with Randy was uncomfortable and confusing. I shouldn't have to tell you what to do or offer to make the customer happy. Let's just say i learned my lesson that day.
