Not to happy with this place because I went in for a wheel alignment and they did not do a good job . I have to go back so they straighten my steering wheel. Extremely inconvenient because my time is limited with only one day off per week.

Poor service, the manager here needs to be reevaluated on her customer service. Watched three people in front of me address warranty issues with her and all three she was rude with and she was wrong in the end. Listened to another lady say she had been waiting 2.5 hours for an alignment on her car and felt it was due to the manager playing childish games. Don’t go here when there are better options in North Ogden or 31st street. I walked out because it was clear she leads a hostile workforce.

My car was over heating on Friday, that dreaded thing that makes us all go, oh no, am I going to have to get a new car? We called and had it towed to Big O at this location & left it here, it was after hours. My sister went in bright and early the next morning and asked if they noticed they had an extra car, they did, and had looked for keys. It's a 2002 Hyundai Accent that we're both sharing. She asked if they could possibly get it fixed that day as it's our only car. They said they would do their best. We knew that. We've been taking our cars to them since we could drive. They are the best mechanics, and so honest and trustworthy!!! Well, they did it, they got her fixed by closing time on Saturday. We have a few more maintenance things to do on Friday and she'll be good as new😀 Yes, she, her name is Milly, and I'm very attached to her😉💕 So, if you're looking for a good place to take your vehicle, I 100% suggest this place, hands down!!!
