Very professional, friendly and helpful associates. Upon arrival I met the manager, Eric. He asked an associate to help me. He said he would check in with me at the end of my visit. I described to Denise what I was interested in and she knew exactly where to find the items that matched my description. She showed several different styles and price ranges to me. As Denise and I were talking about my order, Eric came by, as he promised, to check on my progress. Denise explained that both items were in stock and how the delivery process would be handled. She escorted me to the check-out station and the purchase process was smooth, clear and quick. Denise reviewed all of the forms one more time, thanked me for my order and pointed to the front exit. As I approached the front of the showroom, Eric stopped me to also thank me for my order. In addition to the fine staff, the store was very well organized and clean.

Very happy with my purchase. Judy directed me to their selection of sleeper sofas and my shopping experience was a breeze. In and out of there in less than 30 min. The deliver guys were super professional and pleasant. They efficiently set up my sofa and demonstrated how to set up the bed, along with a few tips. Great customer service on all accounts.

We had another great experience at the store. Our consultant Nick was wonderful. He took the time to show us all of our available options, answered all of our questions with ease and worked with us to find our perfect set. I usually hate going into stores as we purchase everything online to avoid the hassles etc but we are so happy we did. Thank you Nick, we received our furniture in 3 days and everything was perfect. The delivery guys were very courteous, professional and polite as well. We would highly recommend going here for your furniture needs and definitely recommend asking for Nick. Can't wait to go back for some more pieces.

We will only remove your old mattress and box spring with the purchase of a new mattress and box spring set. For other furniture removal, we suggest contacting a local charity or rescue mission. Raymour & Flanigan delivery professionals reserve the right to refuse any old bedding deemed unsanitary.
