I had an outstanding experience with the people at this location this morning. At the very last minute I had an urgent print job for the program for a family funeral. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't have enough time to order them in advance so I hurriedly emailed my request 15 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I followed up with a call to see if they'd be able to help me and they kindly looked up my email and said they would be able to! In my rush, I'd sent the wrong file and they waited patiently while I re-sent the correct file. She confirmed the pricing to make sure I didn't have a surprise when I got there. We then agreed I would pick it up ASAP. A few minutes later, I got a call from another team member and he said that the printed version didn't look quite right when folded (as I told them I intended to do). He said he'd made some adjustments and had a mock up for me to review. I was so surprised and grateful! I told him I trusted his judgment and they went ahead and printed them for me. To top it off, when I arrived in a panicked rush (and a few minutes later then I had wanted), I found the first team member had folded the programs and was inspecting them for final approval. I was so touched at the compassion and care they showed me. I felt terrible for rushing this on them but they didn't complain and were so thoughtful. I don't remember their names but they definitely deserve recognition for being kindhearted when they certainly didn't have to be! Oh, and the adjustments he made were definitely an improvement so trusting him paid off!

For work and personal needs, this place is spot on. More specifically, the level of customer service Peggy provides is on point! Peggy is friendly, recognizes returning customers, opens the door for you when your hands are full or you go back to your car for a second load, and makes great suggestions for your needs. The team here is efficient and kind.
