I’m not the kind to leave a negative review. But I wanted to share this experience. I went to sketchers yesterday to buy my daughter shoes. When I got there we found the perfect ones. However there was only 1 in her size and it was clearly DIRTY like if someone had worn and returned them. I asked if they had any other in the back and both workers said they don’t have any shoes in the back and everything should be out. Okay, so I asked if we could receive a discount since the ones we wanted were super dirty. The cashier said it was because kids wear it around the store. I replied and said it seemed a lot more than store dust. And she said “YEAH WE DIDNT HAVE A MOP FOR THREE MONTHS” Are you serious? that seems gross and like a health code violation. Not to mention, are you saying everybody that tried shoes in store during that time ruined the shoes? They just seemed unwilling to help out even though we bought 2 shoes. Giving 2 stars because the location is cool.

What a great experience. If you work in the resteraunt business, you need sketchers. 30% off an amazingly comfortable pair of non slip shoes for my work. Thanks you guys. My feet are very happy.

Great customer service from the gal that was working there. I showed her my shoes and she knew exactly what I wanted. I've been to several other Skechers stores and nobody knew what shoe I want, even when I showed them my shoes. This gal was amazing wish I caught her name!! Way to go !
