I’ve never dealt with such a terrible place . Gina who attended me customer service is dishonorable, sarcastic and refused to help never would I have thought which such a nasty person . Customer service in this place is disgusting if you aren’t thinking of buying or renting don’t do it with this utility they will steal your money and violate policy out of nowhere . They should be sued

Tried to pay a $25 water bill did not realize how hard it would be. The customer service rep refused to help me sent me to an automated system or I did not have my account number because I’m not been able to get my mail in over a month. But I was able to set up the account over the phone but cannot pay for the account over the phone🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿

Paid my water bill early a few days in advance only to come home from work and my water was shut of. Of course the leasing office is closed because it’s after hours and when I called the emergency line for water utilities AGAIN the emergency line I was informed I need to call back in the morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would the city change the call in payment options??? It was working just fine. Now, I attempt to call in and make a payment, only to have the phone hung up on me. Then it asks if you want to speak to a rep to make a payment only to have to leave a message with a promise of a returned phone call which never happens. I don’t want to pay a late fee especially when it’s not my fault. Is the office open for an in person payment? This is ridiculous.
