My bike had a flat tire. I was instructed to drive around back to the service area. Easy unload off the street. There were 3 professionals working and they took me immediately and even oiled the chain for free. Great experience.

Although the store had a great selection, clean interior, & friendly counter staff the manager tried to charge me $80 to change my brake pads and didn’t have anything in stock. He was also trying to upsell me bike forks for $600 or more when I asked. This inspired me to replace my own brakes & when I shopped around it was clear I was being taken advantage of. I just can’t recommend this place and that’s sad because I wanted to have a trustable local shop.

First time at a pro bike shop. Amazing team and family run shop. They also just opened a new shop not too far from this location with everything you need from new bikes to accessories, awesome quality everything and seriously fast turn around time for servicing. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I came in to bring my bike yesterday because of some rapid clicking when I'm in the highest front gear (which I often stay in). I brought it in, and they were friendly and everything, and even got my bike back to my the same day, but when I take it and bike away, the clicking still exists in the highest gear, which makes me question what they really did or if they tested it. Now I'm out $50 and questioning if my bike was ever serviced. The customer service I've received in the morning was good, but since my problem wasn't fixed, I have no choice but to default to one star. Edit: I would like to say that the owners have really come around and took my problem seriously. They took my concern very seriously and had the problem be addressed. They even fixed the real undyerlying problem, no questions asked. I haven't gotten my bike yet (which i'm sure was handled with great care) and I felt greatly satisfied. This business takes their customers seriously, and if you aren't satisfied, then they won't hesitate to make it right every step of the way. Props to them!
