I worked there, and I exprencined a lot of racial and ethnic tension. Many of the supervisors only looked for themselves. There was favoritism towards the clients based on race by the staff.

There are only a few staff who actually care enough to help you...otherwise they look at you like the homeless crap you already feel loss of so much, and the compassion is completely lack luster, about 80% of staff are cold...no comfort just a bed here...

I feel I was helped thin one of the staff got my baby mother kicked out the staff said she hit her but I was there watching the whole time thin when we tried to say something they said it was it was there word against ours but we had witnesses they said it wouldn't matter because we was homeless anyways the staff was a dark cuben female having favoritism to the other cubens but talk about black people in our face but we couldn't do anything about it they kick us out the same day an they didn't wont to run the camera's back why work in the type of field if you don't care about the homeless thin another family was there it was a 11 year old boy who got food poison they got kicked out be for they had a chance to act they always trying to cover something up but just know what's done in the dark will come to the light
