staff is really rude. my dog would’ve been a new patient but 1. they never called me after filling out information on the website for an appointment so i had to call about that and 2. when i went in for a walk in, i came in at 9 because on the website, the walk in hours are different from what the lady at the front desk told me so after telling her i was in for a walk in, she was so rude and had an attitude (i work customer service so i approached her very nicely knowing how annoyed i can get when people come at me rude) and she responded with annoyance. at that point, i didn’t even wanna bother with this place anymore even though its so close to me which is unfortunate. i want my dog as well as myself to be around people who i know are kind.

I would rate them a 4 but I am waiting 2 months just to get an appointment to spade my cat. I call and they keep saying they will call back. Other services are really good including price. But their service staff, not their vets are the downside

They told me it was $30 for a rabbit to be checked up so I went was pleasently surprised as most places add extra fees without you knowing. I totally recommend the place for other bunny owners, the only thing is that appointments are usually a month or two away but it is fast service when you get there.

Dr.cepero , her husband and staff were wonderful. I am so happy with the service I received for my Coton de tulear dog Bentley. They are so professional and explained the whole treatment and options , Amazing service and the prices were reasonable. Thank you again I finally found a vet practice that I am totally happy.

No, the city of Homestead does not let us because the zoning does not allow us Boarding or grooming.
I have seen a variety of small animals in the waiting room including birds and reptiles
Need to call because the prices were different every time we went in
Yes. $350ish. That includes bloodwork. Meds. The surgery & unlimited extractions. You have ber very careful. Some vets clean for cheap prices but don't have things] like oxygen equipment if the re is a respiratory emergency. Or they charge $175 for cleaning but each tooth that needs turning is additional $35-50 'per tooth. So the final bill is $500. They are very honest about if your dog or cat really does need dental surgery.
