The entire staff was helpful through the entire process. I arrived at my scheduled time and I was checked in and told to wait in the car until I’m called. Intake was a smooth process. However keep in mind other dogs might bark all day so might be best to give your pet some calming candy to keep them mellow. You leave for the day and come back in the afternoon for pickup.

I've taken all of my animals there, including all the strays I pick up in the street. The prices are awesome. It's super easy to make an appt. I highly recommend this location.

Took my dog to be spayed. Because of the dog's weight they advised to bring her in before opening which I did. Organized by car where you remained with pet. The lady at the desk inside was very helpful and polite. She called me as soon as my pet was ready for pick up. Game detailed instructions on how to care for the next 10 days. Very Happy with the Service.

Yes, they do vaccines but not all of them and only if you take the dog or cat for neutering or spaying. Also, they put microchips for an affordable price but only if the dog or cat is there for neuter or spay

Yes. Judy Gunderson appointment is required and it's very difficult to get on 311. Dr. Vicky & Dr. Kathy has a passion for animals please be the first person there if you have an emergency.
Yes, they do, if you are getting your pet fixed. But they don't do vaccines of any kind on their own, only to animals being spayed or neutered.
