For the last 7 years my mom attended this center and always she recived excepcional service from all the persons that work there , Monica ,Emilia , Teresita , Rosita never have a complain but since pandemia start Angela the director start giving a terrible service always with the excuse that she has personal problems with her mother , I personally have personal discussion by phone and by text with her and her behavior and not respect is very unprofessional, I have patience with her for the last two years but what happen last week with my mom is unacceptable she said something to my mother about me and my mother start crying for hours , later Angela come back to my mom and apologize to my mom telling her she was very mad and that why she explote with her , my mom was afraid to tell me what happen and finnally she did after two days I was asking her because I notice she was sad and crying. I am very disappointed with Angela the director to the mentally abuse she did with my mom , because my mom is old person and I think if one of the staff have a problem with a caregiver they are supposed to let you know in person or even call you but never approach the elder because they are sensible like little babies , at this point I text Angela to have a meeting with her but she never respond to my messages, Now I am afraid to send her back . I will go personally next week to see if I can speak with someone who can give me an explanation about all this .i try to get a meeting with Angela but she sand me A Message that she can not see me until two weeks I am afraid to send my mother at this point and after days talking with social worker we decide to look for a better and more professional place , when Angela the director retired next February I will consider the idea to choose this place again but no now with Angela as a director , I am afraid she will continue verbally abusing my mother. I

If I could gave this place a million stars I would.. Their awesome with the kids, Very kind loving and patient aswell as attentive. My 2 boys attended up until age 3 and always come back for the summer program which is a blessing for working parents such as myself yet comfortable knowing my kids are engaging in learning activities yet having a ball at their indoor pool facility, field trips and onsite performers come with animals or a magician. My family loves Easter Seals. Taina

Great school and programs for kids, teens and young adult with autism but i did had a bad experience over the summer with one of the teacher since she disliked the fact that this particular student needed help she made it a mission to daily complaint about the student until the mother decided to just move him to a different school. Since that day when ask about good schools for kids with autism í usually recommend other schools
