Our son, Taj, had 2 baby teeth pulled today to accomodate some orthodontic work. Dr. Crystal and her staff were awesome as always! She talked Taj (and the parents) through the entire process which lasted about 20 minutes. Our son said he didnt feel a thing. Both of our kids have been going to Great Smiles for a few years and it's always been a great experience for the kids. Thank you Dr Crystal and the entire staff.

Hi Everyone! I would not encourage going to Great Smiles if you're looking out for your hard earned cash. Especially in the midst of a pandemic. I broke my permanent retainer which cost me $650 to replace (top and bottom) originally. It then popped off a single tooth about three months later, of which they charged me $175 for a 20 minute office visit and a re-glue. Now again 6 months later, the same tooth has popped off and they are requesting another $175. At my last appointment, I was told if anything happens within the year it would be of no charge. When I called the receptionist today she had no recollection of this and was again wanting to charge another $175 for a single tooth re-glue. Upon calling three other orthodontists in the area. They not only could get me in sooner but for $100 cheaper. Yes, three local orthodontists within ten minutes of Great Smiles will reattach your permanent retainer for much less.. and maybe they'll do a well enough job it wont keep popping off! I had brought my son in for braces a few years ago but he wasn’t quite ready. Fast forward to 17 and when we walked in the office we were overwhelmed with staff that remembered us and came up to tell us how glad they were to see us! They were amazing! I can’t believe they still remembered my son! They got us in for xrays, evaluated my son, listened to our concerns (cleft palate case) and we so helpful with everything! This office is first class and I highly recommend them!!

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
Our goal is to help patients get the care they need without any additional stress or delay. If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.
