I have already made two shipments through this agency, the latter took 2 months and 6 days. But everything arrived well. The agencies are doing their job, the congestion is there, although they have enabled other places to make deliveries.
Call the Servicuba phone, they have excellent service
Many years ago I send money, clothes, medicines and I have never had problems with that agency, but I don't have much notion about this type of shipment, I suppose that yes, contact them so they can inform you, I wish you luck.
