I just wanna give the Segovia Apartment Management team and Maintenance Team and clean UP team and house keeping team a 5 STAR rating I have been living hear for about 8 months NOW and they have really improved the image for all of the good neighbors in our apartment community. they have been towing cars that are Eyes sores flats tires no tags warning after warning the management staff is outstanding thanks for making the Segovia apartments clean , safe, for the people who wanna live hear. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK .

The manager and maintenance team a kind enjoyable individuals. They make going to the office soothing. Also the laundry facilities are kept up great . Great people. They've work together as a team and have worked hard to clean up the complex... Tenets help other tenants like family . Treat others the way God intended. Love thy neighbor. Kindnesses Is not weakness.

Scummy place to live. The manager Daniel is a lier and don't care if she moves you into a roach infested apartment. Across the street from the main gate is a better place and price is about the same. The owner of Sagovia is a scumlord. I would give this place 10 negative stars if I could. And no I wasn't evicted. Just lived there and it's a dump.
