Today has to be the worst experience I've had today. Horrible service in the drive thru, slow wait times inside. Machines not working. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they made it with NO meat. Like seriously. This is ridiculous!!!!

Only 1 or 2 people working. Drive thru only . They take one order, then fill that order before they will take care of next car in line. No problem. But you think they would get the order correct doing it that way. But they still messed up order. Only gave 1 fry instead of 3. Then they put a plain hamburger in a whopper Jr wrapper and charged for whopper junior. And of course, the shake machine is broke

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such rude disrespectful employees In my life the woman bringing the food out to the cars yelled at the woman in front of me in line "why do you make my job so hard"!! And when she brought my order out she just glared at me. With all the jobs out there if you hate your job so much go get another one.

Came at about 3:20 pm. Not busy. Only person here. Had to park and wait 10 minuets for my order to be wrong. Then reorder and wait another 10 to get it. It's a shame cause the burger was fire. Won't be back
