One of the pizzas was correct, the other was missing extra cheese. But, the biggest problem was that they delivered to the back door, not the front, and didn't say a word. I didn't ask for drop off delivery...so I call the store and the manager was completely rude, didn't swear or anything like that, but didn't care at all....basically he said, "it is what it is". I'm done with papa johns!

The last few times I’ve ordered from PJ’s the quality just isn’t there. Large pizza no bigger than a medium, caked with sauce, and all around not what it used to be! Hate to say it because the workers are very nice there, but I won’t be going back anymore.

Ordered from here twice in recent weeks. First time was told delivery would take 35 minutes and it arrived an hour and 15 minutes later, pizza was left at my doorstep without letting me know it was there and was cold. Ordered again and was told 45 minutes and got a text message saying that it was now being delivered by a doordash delivery person. Again showed up 15 minutes late and the driver had the wrong order and was very confused by it. Called the store and supposedly spoke to the manager who told me that the driver grabbed the wrong order and that my order was still at the store and he would have another driver running out within 10 minutes. Another hour passed and I call back again and spoke to another person who couldn't find my order at all and knew nothing of the incorrect delivery from earlier.

Excellent customer service! Dan and Ricardo are awesome. Not only did they make great pizza, they were very friendly and accommodating during our short wait on a Friday Night. Dan went above and beyond as he personally brought the pizza to our car. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
