I love my local AAP store on 45th ve sw 8 street. They have a smart, savvy and helpful manager,Nelly, that is no nonsense , resourceful staff member to be helped by. As a woman-manager in a very male dominated field, I am very pleased to have her as a model of what can be achieved in good customer service and store management for this day and age.

Very polite but really not willing to help "because it was late". My guess they are short of trained employees to replace a battery.

I will repeat verbatim what the employee said after Is asked if they could perform a diagnostic on my vehicle and it was lightly sprinkling “we can not go outside because it’s raining!!” Really?? I’m done.
