i had the worst experience traveling to anywhere, using this charter flight and service, with this horrible company, after been a loyal customer for 4 years, last july 2018, i bought a round trip miami/santa clara. less than $300 seem like a great deal; starting with $25 extra to pay Cuba Coming back, ridiculous fees started to ad up, came to be close to $500, the issue was coming back on sunday the 8th july, I arrived at Santa clara airport after paying $40 for a taxi from cienfuegos, to find out that checking time wasn't going to be 12;30 as instructed, flight announced to be delayed 2;30 pm then 4;30 pm then 7 pm , flight was canceled at 9pm. by then the airport was full of trash everywhere, i developed asthma, the stressed to mess an important business meeting monday, was so big. i took another taxi $40 back to my family in cienfuegos, then booked a flight with JetBlue. After I spoke with Adriana Sanchez, i wrote her an email with a copy of my expenses, I was told a refund was is way, from 186.99, all i got was 87 dollars. I will never use these services, i was stranded two hour away from my family, with no other oprtions offer. their palnes are horrible, conditions horrible, services horrible, no compassion, thye take your money and just do not care, i do not recomend anyone ever is put through this

Nothing to do with the country if Cuba. They are out if California but you can buy visas there. More expensive than if you buy direct from airlines.
