I’m a tenant at Sunshine Lakes apartment, and I must tell you. The property manager over at Las Brisas Isabel, works over at my property. I must say hands down, the most helpful property manager Patrick could have on his team. I sat and watch a tenant come into the office and was highly upset about his water bill. Isabel de escalated the problem by provided premiere customer service. After thoroughly going through the tenants portal and giving him a run down on his bill. The customer was highly satisfied, and thanked Isabel so much for all her explanations, and how she took her time to explain something that was just a slight misunderstanding that could’ve been a huge escalation. Isabel showed professionalism at what she does on a daily basis. Best property manager Las Brisas could’ve have.

When looking for a one bedroom apartment in Hialeah. I looked at 6 different places but none had the same combination of good price, good amenities and location! As well as super sweet staff and beautiful renovated apartments! Pet friendly and super safe community! I am looking forward to a lease here!

I give 5 stars because in the past 2 month everything in the complex has been changed for good. The new complex manager Isabel Santos is really nice person always willing to help you. She has been working a lot at the complex and making really good changes. You can see the progress. She really put her employs to work. Nothing to compare with the before administration that really was a mess. I had to go back to Puerto Rico. But in the future if she still there I'll rent again...

Its beautiful. not only is there a pool and a gym but you live right next to amelia earhart park. Its costy but worth it.
