So my review isn’t really of t mobile in general bc if it were it would be less stars. I had a really bad experience with them due to an employee who no longer worked there and they owed me a refund. However, the 5 stars are really for the store manager Eric. He put in commendable effort to get me my refund. When things continued to slow drag in the process and I was facing delays he found a way to expedite the process. In the end the cash was counted out in my hand which was all I cared about. Thanks to his effort and problem solving I’m still a customer bc I was very close to cancelling the other two lines I had. Idk about all t mobile stores but the location on Harriman seems to be in good hands. Things happen…how a store resolves it is what matters most and I can say I trust this spot to take care of you if any issues occur.

If I could give them a zero I would!!!!! I was paying almost 300 dollars for almost 2 years for six lines. Went to verizon the rep there is so helpful they are paying my final bill paying 200 but the includes home internet I have been trying to get the account # but they keep giving me the run around around t-mobile is full of lies

An pretty good store but they run like in a shady neighborhood. You can't hold the phones on display but you can change there orientation like turn them around. Today we went to this store to get a Note 8, all it took was around 30min to get it. Note we had to wait a little for their vault to open. The main reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the attitude in the store wasn't that inviting. Like i can't say those guys were great just ok (They did their job without problem )(maybe it was just a bad day). Anyways I wish everyone a happy Christmas!

I was a T-Mobile customer before and had only used this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, but if you go there late in the day with something potentially complex, be prepared to not get it taken care of. If you have typical stuff, you'd basically get it taken care of in a timely matter. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed over small things as well. I ended up having to pay another $16 for a new SIM card just because the phone I bought used a different size, thought that would have been included... Overall, I ended up leaving T-Mobile for the cell service, not the staff...

No,not at that TMobile store. However the place to pay your spectrum cable bill, yours is spectrum, right, anyways, is over at Costco warehouse store over at hospitality lane, but the spectrum store is across the street of costco, ok. You can't miss it. It says spectrum on the building, facing costco. Good luck 😉😎 However, if you're a frontier member,then i don't know anything about them. Sry 🤔
