If there was NEGATIVE stars this place would get it, the worst! After 2 purchased which were canceled at the time of delivery, I had to be at the store over 1 hour on each occasion to return and repurchase, employees are totally lost. The appliance supervisor (Alicia) took my name and number and never called me to assist with a new range as she indicated she would. The store manager never even called me to know what was happening after I left a message with the appliance dept. for him to call me. I ended up buying what I needed at Home Depot with delivery made in 2 days.

Just walked out after waiting for over 30 minutes to get “assist” purchasing a refrigerator. Wasted my time informing the manager of the situation because he did not provide any help. Came to the Home Depot right next door and I’m already out the door with my new fridge.

I ordered a vanity online. Lowes gave me a delivery date of March 20,2022. They never delivered my vanity but charged my card almost $600! I called the W. Davie location customer service three times. Each time they said it’s at the warehouse. They confirmed that there are 21 of them in stock at the warehouse. Every time they told me that the manager that is in charge of online orders is going to call me right back.. but no one ever does. HORRIBLE management at this location. They will take your money but not call you back or send you your order!
