Columbia REA put my parents dish behind trees so most the year internet has a poor connection. They told my parents they need to run a conduit and a telephone pole to get internet. The trees were there during install, pretty big oversight on the choice of dish location. Probably gonna switch to something that doesn’t go out every 10 minutes.

5 stars!!! Amazing!!! I live out in the country and can not get many of the services available in town. I called everywhere cause I didnt want data caps and I'm a gamer/streamer. Figured after a couple weeks I'd see how it goes. No issues at all!! Going from 4mbs down 0.5upload speed with century link and paying a huge amount. I got to talk over the phone with Craig, super nice guy. Install was quick and friendly. You guys are awesome thank you for everything!!

Any time there is a problem or issue they do not take ownership. I have called a few times with issues and they always say not their problem. Their tech support agent know nothing and refuse to put in complaint tickets. Not how a business should operate
