If you don’t want to wait over an hour to get a ride to the port just take my advice and park at the port! I wish I had just coughed up the money and saved us so much hassle. We got to the parking garage and ended up on the wrong side, the directions to actually find premier cruising were vague. It just says to park on level 7, didn’t see anyone there, I called the company and they said there’s another side of level 7 which is where we’re supposed to park. Oh and there’s a long line of cars you have to wait in to check in that takes over an hour to get through. Once we got through this check in line, we had to wait another 20 minutes for a van to take us to the port. They packed 7 people in this van, threw our luggage in and took off. The ride there was exhilarating if you like almost dying multiple times. I guess that’s how everyone in Miami drives. The ride back from the cruise was similar. We didn’t have to wait long, maybe 10 minutes for a shuttle to show up. I was never happier to see my car unharmed. Next time I’ll just pay to park at the port and avoid waiting an hour.

Do not plan this as your parking garage for your next cruise. The workers are great and respectful at first but when you get picked up if you even do they scream at you for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend this at all and my family had to wait 3 hours and didn’t even get a shuttle to pick us up so we had to take a taxi. The guy that was here to pick us up from the miami port was arguing with people for no reason. They said to line up at zone 5 but they didn’t pick us up their and their was a line for the shuttle at zone 7 which they didn’t tell us about. I called and they had attitude with me and wanted to argue and were just very rude in general. They hung up on me right when I was speaking to them so yeah. Do not ever book this cruise parking garage.

My experience with Premier Cruise parking was top notch. They gave clear instructions on where I was to park and where the shuttle would be to take me to the Port of Miami. The driver had a very upbeat vibe and pumped us the entire 6 minute drive to the port for our cruise. The wait coming back from the port was 20 minutes tops. So all the reviewers giving a bad rating for the shuttle service obviously don't realize that the shuttle service is complimentary and that they don't have to offer this service to you but they do to make sure your vacation is seamless from start to finish and that it is almost half the price of parking at the port. I would definelty park with Premier again!

We waited over an hour and a half at the Norwegian Pearl terminal. We had 4 vans pass by us in this time. They were picking up from other ships. There was a long line of us waiting at our terminal. We were told all were full as they drove by. Do not believe their speech of returning every 15-30 minutes while on the way to Port. Will not use, nor reccomend this company.

I would definitely suggest reaching out via phone or email to make them aware of your correct email address. I'm not sure if it will matter because they never asked for my email address when I got to the garage and as long as you printed the confirmation from the website when you booked, you should be alright.
You shouldn't need a new reservation number but I would definitely reach out to them because they do need an accurate count of how many passengers will be in the vehicle.
We departed our cruise ship at 8am and were on the shuttle at 8:20am. It worked out perfectly!!
U wanna be there before 3 cruises leave about that time anyway
