Super safe and efficient getting us to the port. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave our cruise almost immediately. Safe Cruise Parking was super helpful and accommodating. Definitely would recommend and use again

Small van space, very hot in van. Long wait times to leave from parking. Not a continuous shuttle waits until shuttle is packed to leave. Uber y’all.

Alittle bit of a snafu arriving at the wrong garage (which was sent via email, they were however in the middle of a change in locations). We waited for about 20 minutes before leaving on the free shuttle. Once we disembarked, safe cruise travel was nearby and easily identifiable. It was $100 for 2 cars for 5 days, much nicer price than parking in the port garages.

I think we paid about $9 per day BUT don't go there. It's the most unorganized rude place in Miami. I REPEAT DON'T US THIS PLACE
Yep. They'll show you your parking spot and you lock and keep the keys. The door should make it easy to leave when your ready.
We used last Feb. and will use again.Fast friendly it was great.
I use Lyft or Uber now

Didn't see cameras but everything worked out fine.
Yes try face book,
Ha good luck with that. They charged us and won't refund our money or return e-mails or phone calls. Terrible way to run a business. Hope you have better luck than I did.
I have used the parking at Safe Cruise parking at least 4 times this year alone getting to the cruise port with no problems to report, I have no trouble recommending them. Parking in the port will cost you 22 a day, forgetaboutit.
Contact them directly and they should help you out.
Yes, that's what I did.
I am not sure you need the car seat. It's better to directly call and ask. Potential liabilities might force so e protocols and procedures
Less than 15 minutes from terminal.not long wait.first off first on. Not sure about senior discounts, ask!
Don't know it was dry week of Sept.4 now who knows.
