OK. So being from NYC where the subway system is always delayed, chaotic, crowded and dirty. This is by far the BEST train experience I have ever had. Everyone the moment you walked in was super polite, kind and had a smile on their face. I purchased a round trip ticket to and from Miami / Ft Lauderdale. I also added parking and what a seamless experience. Wow. Thank you Brightline team! You have a great squad both Miami and Ft Lauderdale. I look forward to utilizing this train service more often.

Best deal and great way to travel instead of I-95 traffic!!! Ft Lauderdale Airport to Miami was a breeze!!! Orlando to Miami, can't wait for it!

Brightline is always such a pleasure, genuinely. Our new friend Drew helped us out a lot with bags and check in! Made it easier than ever. All we did was walk in, and they took care of the rest. Highly recommend these guys!

I don't remember exactly but I know it was more expensive than going in uber but of course I live near the station.

The Brightline train is a paid service. The prices depend on which seats you choose. The parking garage is available free of cost for patrons riding the train.
