Specifically just went in to this store to look around, while making the line my son wanted a soda that are sold in the front. As every kid is curious he stuck my card in the donation boxes in front of the registers. The lady attending us got into an argument with my mom and said that the money that is in there is for kids like my son with problems. First of all my son has no problems. Employees are so rude here and this lady needs to get fired!!! She’s fresh for saying such a thing that she doesn’t even know.

was attacked by workers while trying to pay for our items 15 min before closing. the workers specifically targeted us, other customers were shopping and allowed to finish while we were harassed to leave. Had over $200 worth of stuff that i left because they did not allow me to pay for or try on anything. but will never go there again and hope no one else does. Left with all of the workers flipping us off and cussing us out very unprofessional. never been treated like this at a goodwill, i can’t believe they haven’t been fired yet i see others have had similar issues with this same place and workers.

The employees there are so RUDE! We went shopping with my family today, and they wanted to try some clothes on. A blonde employee there told them that the fitting rooms were closed, but they can try the clothes on quickly on top of their clothes. Then, another employee there called their attention for trying the clothes. She was nice at first, but then she said it again and start yelling and giving attitude. So, my aunt gave attitude back. The employee had the AUDACITY to call our attention when she was wearing her mask down the whole time we were there. And if she was worried about “Covid” then she should’ve worried about the customers not wearing masks which were many. Masks should be the priority! Because all those clothes are used either way. My aunt explained her that another of the employees said they could try their clothes on. And then she asked who was the employee, so my aunt told her to bring all the employees and she’ll point at her, but she didn’t want to bring them. So my aunt said okay, so why are you asking who then and she continued with her attitude. We could’ve understood that we can’t try clothes on, her attitude was so unnecessary. And she kept giving all the customers attitude, telling all of them to organize all the clothes and put them back where they belong. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Our mistake was not asking for the manager to report her. This store will continue loosing customers until they do something about their unprofessional staff. We had almost $100 worth of merchandise, but we decided not to buy anything instead because that lady ruined our mood.

Clean and organized. Everyone was friendly even though I did not speak Spanish very well. The only complaint I would make is the color of the fitting rooms makes it hard to see the clothes because it is an unusual shade of green. Otherwise I am impressed with this location!
