Staff was super friendly and didn’t hover. Jay Mussington was awesome and listened to our needs to find us the pieces we need (I was partial to a manual recline loveseat and he found it with ease). He also took his time to ensure my mom found the right mattress that suited her comfort level. Will definitely recommend and you should definitely work with Jay!

We came in with only about 45 min before closing. Our sales person, Conor, was very helpful. We needed very specific items, couch and dining table, and he took time to show us the selections they had. He also told us what was available right away vs waiting some time (I guess the usual supply chain issues). He explained very well, the packages, delivery options, how the store credit terms worked if we wanted to use that. Then he worked worked with his manager to come up with a bit better deal than what it showed. We're happy with our purchase that we will receive next week. So, give this store a try. And I can't speak for the other sales people, but maybe all for Connor, as I think you will be happy with his service!

We recently purchased a couch for Ashley furniture online and had a really bad experience with the customer service online so we decided to go into the store for help. The woman on the phone didn’t listen to a thing we said a repeated herself over and over without actually listening. We met Alan Richtman who was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. We were going to be waiting until June for our couch if it was even available and he was more than happy to help us find a different couch that we loved. He was fantastic and did everything he did to turn our poor experience into a memorable one. Thank you for everything!

Hi! All of our representatives are required to wear masks and are provided with sanitation tools to clean their hands. We also disinfect any furniture that has been through a test run by our guests shortly after a guest has tried it and all furniture on the floor goes through a disinfection process every hour in case there are any that we didn't see. Additionally, we are currently suspending our customers touching any equipment we have such as our mobile ipads and signature pads.
