My brand new Google pixel 6 got absolutely annihilated. First off, it's nearly impossible to find someone to fix pixels, I probably called 15 buisnesses before finding ubreakifix. I didn't think it was possible to fix my phone, and when I came in, Marien informed me it wasn't guaranteed. But he did it! He fixed it!!! And if I had any further issues, they would fix it for no additional charge. Later when I went home, the touch screen stopped working (a new problem.) I went in, and they promptly had it fixed! I could not give these people enough praise. During a time when I needed it the most, thank you for being so kind and for being wonderful at your job ✨

Lance is awesome! Fixed my daughters phone and didn’t even charge us since it was a quick fix. Nice to see there are still honest and reliable businesses out there. Thank you Lance! Now I know where to come when I have a phone issue!

My phone is a Samsung fold 3 and need the replacement on the inner screen, they told me that was covered by samsung because the phone is on warranty..when I when to pick it up they told me that the edge in the screed outside that work perfectly is changing the warranty and they need to charge me for the whole thing.. is a scam this place.!! Don't recommend at all

Used to be an excellent store before don’t understand what has happened , I have asurion home plus and I dropped my sons tablet off April 10th they never sent it out till I called them 10 days later then they send it out to Asurion and I come to the store today May 4th and first the couldn’t find the tablet and they finally find it and it’s not even repaired
